I don't really like Tesla for some reason.... but still awesome content here. I also have a Youtube channel about how to become financially free by using affilaite marketing the right way. Check it out if you like (just click on the logo on the left). 🔥🔥

You forgot to mention in your title that it would be equivalent to $78 per month ONLY for the 1st year. For year 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, your auto loan payment will be about 5x as much and well over $390 every month after the first year. Of course, that's because your Federal Energy Credit of $3.75k and California Rebate of $2.5k, and your Tax/Registration write off of $3.4k will no longer apply after the first year. The only help you'll get during the remaining last years will be your tax write-offs on any interest and depreciation.
The Federal and State credits really helped a lot. Too bad they're beginning to reduce the credits significantly this year.

You mean you rent a Tesla for $78 per month? You haven't bought anything when you're paying something off or renting something... Technically it still isn't your's.
I am debit free and thats how I live my life. I own a Tesla Model X and unless I could buy it outright I wouldn't have bought it. I bought my home within 2 years and about 8 payments. Of corse something like a house or a car is different. But living your life owing people money isn't easy. And I like to try and keep it that way.

There's a lot of mathematical BS going on here. Only the first year has the rebates. So, it's a much bigger number in the remaining years.

If he really believes all he says, he really doesn't know how all that stuff works. Also, he has to slam the door? I thought the Teslas had some self closing mechanisms, but I guess not on the Model 3. Even if they do not, you really shouldn't have to slam a door on any car, unless there is something wrong with it.

Yes I agree. Please factor in the brand new half-roof they installed on your home into the "break even" on the total cost of the solar panels. Tax credit,..accounted for, roof????

I have an electric bike from The next vehicle is a tesla. Why would you want a car if it breaks down? Its only good for a few years then everything breaks down. Its what these companies are great at. Junk that looks good and rigged to work for a while.

just wait another 5 years and those model 3's will be half the value even when over 20% of it is software that will be upgraded and better 5 yrs from now. You should have put that $35,000 into investments or cash flow generating e commerce biz.

Man you always playing these mental gymnastics when you make these click bait videos.
The truth?
You paid $4k out of pocket first off
You pay $640 a month for the loan
You pay $80-100 a month insurance
You pay extra to charge it.
All of those are upfront costs that you pay and are only "reimbursed" when tax season comes around. If you didn't have the $4k up front and the extra $800 lying around monthly, there would be no way this could be possible. You should get a Gold Medal for mental floor routine you pull sometimes

I dont get why a lot of people here are upset. Yeah, he uses his buisness for advantage and such but the title states clearly "How I bought..." and not "How you can buy...". So just grab a lesson from this video that you can leverage a lot of taxes and stuff before buying things.
